[FUSION] The 16th International Conference on Information Fusion - Istanbul, Turki

It is a great pleasure to invite you to the 16th International Conference on Information Fusion that will be held at the Askeri Museum in Istanbul, Turkey, from July 9th through July 12th, 2013.

Istanbul is a unique and welcoming modern city of great cultural diversity sitting at the gateway between two continents. It is a fascinating city with over 3000 years of recorded history, where many traces of the empires that called this land home are visible today and integrated into the life of the contemporary city. Istanbul is a melting pot where often magnificent mosques and churches stand side by side, where many languages are spoken, a multitude of traditions are followed, and many ethnicities are fused together from Anatolia, the Balkans, the Crimea, the Black Sea and the Aegean.

Fusion conferences always provide an excellent forum for researchers from all around the world to share and examine state-of-the-art knowledge on every aspect of Information Fusion. We believe that technical discussions at Fusion 2013 in Istanbul will experience a new level befitting a magnificent city where the natural fusion of cultures, civilizations, and languages has been on-going for centuries.
