Please join us for the 2013 IEEE Radar Conference to be held at the Ottawa Convention Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. RadarCon13 will provide a rich technical program over a broad array of topics in radar systems, technology, applications, phenomenology, modelling, and signal processing. The Arctic – The New Frontier, presents a vast and challenging environment for which radar systems operating in a multi-sensor environment are currently being developed and evaluated. These radars cover a broad spectrum of applications and can be deployed on space, air, ship and ground platforms for both remote sensing of the environment and for the monitoring of human activity. The International Wireless Symposium (IWS) is a new Conference sponsored by the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society starting from 2013. It will be an international event held annually in China, with the first one to be held in Beijing, China. The focus is "everything that is wireless", including phones, Bluetooth, Zigbee, data, and a myriad of hardware, as well as regulatory and provider issues within the wireless community. Patterned after the very famous MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS), the IWS will comprise a technical conference and a commercial exhibition.
