[CSPA] The 9th IEEE Colloquium on Signal Processing and its Applications - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The Advanced Signal Processing Research Group, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UiTM and IEEE Control Systems Chapter, Malaysia Section, are pleased to announce the 8th IEEE Colloquium on Signal Processing and its Applications which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on the 8th to 10th March 2013. The colloquium will provide an excellent platform for knowledge exchange between researchers, scientists, academicians and engineers working in the areas of automation, process, scientific research and analysis. This event calls for local and international participations.

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished papers on all aspects of signal processing including but not limited to the following technical areas:

  • Sensors and sensing techniques
  • Artificial intelligent and optimization systems
  • Analytical/production techniques
  • Signal processing techniques
  • Automation, robotics and control systems
  • Image processing and transformations
  • Bioinformatics
  • Geomatic engineering: “SEALANDAIR” digital imagery application

"Cognitive" design has become one of the most important features in pervasive computing fields. Typically it is based on the utilization of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms.
