[COGNITIVE] The 2nd workshop on Cognitive-Inspired Networks, Systems and Applications - Hainan, China

Cognition is old concept but it is emerging as a new and promising methodology with the development of computer and ubiquitous networks. Cognitive-workshop is to promote research works in this emerging area of cognitive-inspired compu-ting, networks, systems, and applications. Cognitive radio networks are specially focused in this workshop for many issues such as dynamic spectrum access, cognitive radio network design and optimization, software-defined and flexible radio architectures, channel modeling, collaborative communications, cross layer design, routing method. Beyond these issues, cognitive computational modeling and theory from machines to human beings in the computer networks (e.g., ex-pert systems, behavior recognitions, dynamical systems, Bayesian modeling) are also in the scope of the workshop. It solicits high quality papers that illustrate novel cognitive methods, algorithms, theoretical analysis, modeling, research results, applications, projects, surveys and industrial experiences. It will serve as a forum for researchers to present and discuss the latest research results, novel cognitive techniques, concepts and analyses.
